SHIPPING 

We generally ship everything Fed-x Ground by default. We have found this to be the cheapest, quickest, and most convenient for us and our customers. Their web-based interface makes shipping and tracking a breeze. We have found that our customers appreciate this feature. 

We are however here to help out Musicians in need, and if you need something yesterday, email, or call us, we'll get it out to you using a quicker method, at a nominal fee. Again this is for those of you who are in desperate need of overnight shipping.

RETURNS

• Please contact Mather Amp Cabinet by e-mail to mathercab@comcast.net inform us as to what the issue is.

• If a mistake was made in our Shipping Dept., a new part will be shipped ASAP.

• Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges are welcome on NEW/ UNUSED, DEFECTIVE, items only. If we deem the item was misused or installed improperly, we cannot except the item as an exchange.

•   Mather Amp Cabinet must be notified within 7 business days. Please reference your invoice number when calling or sending e-mail.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
